Irwell Valley is a leading multi-award winning not-for-profit housing association providing housing and management services to over 7,000 homes and 17,000 customers across Greater Manchester.

We provide high quality homes to a wide variety of people, with a broad range of needs and incomes.

We rent to customers on low incomes and also provide market rent accommodation.

We believe that our customers should take responsibility for their actions and the actions of their families. At the heart of our vision is Diamond Service, which promises that our best customers get the best homes and services. It rewards positive, loyal behaviour with exceptional rewards and benefits and actively discourages negative practices such as intentional non-payment of rent and anti-social behaviour.
