Key accountabilities include:
- To play an active and positive role as part of the Management of the service within the Branch
- Management of the Branch scheduling team and branch administration
- Support the delivery of a responsive repairs, Voids and Aids & Adaptations service in accordance with agreed performance and customer service standards, including planning all operative work, pre and post inspections as required, allocating work to sub-contractors where used and planning and allocating all work using the scheduling system.
- Work collaboratively with other managers across CHPS and the Group as required delivering high levels of performance and operative productivity.
