Asset Manager with strong management skills and great technical ability sought in Cambridge.
We’re looking for someone with experience of leading and motivating a small team. You’ll have great management skills, ability to communicate well with a range of people and be technically proficient in an asset or property management role. You’ll have a good eye for detail and the technical ability to develop the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance service. You’ll also have the skills to ensure we fulfil all our legal and statutory obligations for the ‘five key risks’.
You’ll have experience of
- Leading a high performance team
- Practical knowledge of property related legislation,
- Supervision of contractors for building works
- Experience of technical specifications and tendering contracts.
