Plymouth Community Homes is all about people. With a great workforce we deliver good quality, well-managed and well-maintained homes.

We know that our staff make things happen, and our high standards mean that we ask a lot of our staff.  Qualifications, competency and experience must be complemented by qualities like flexibility, enthusiasm, willingness to grasp opportunities as they arise, together with a passion to succeed.  So expect ongoing career development, team support and a working culture that strives for excellence.

The purpose of this role is to supervise programmes of work to refurbish multi-occupancy and single dwelling properties to ensure that we deliver good quality, well maintained homes to our tenants.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of programme delivery are completed to the highest possible standards, on time and on budget. This will be achieved using contractors, so you will assist in preparing and reviewing contract documentation, through to supervising contractors effectively and resolving any disputes that may arise.

Residents are at the heart of everything we do so we’ll expect you to have experience of working in a customer-focussed organisation.
