This is a fantastic opportunity to join Wellingborough Homes and be a key part of delivering true social value in a key area such as housing. This role will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to build on a broad range of experiences attained within the property sales and marketing disciplines in a dynamic, progressive and supportive environment.
The key responsibilities of this role are marketing and sales of Low Cost Home Ownership (LCHO) units on new development schemes. The post-holder will motivate members within the team whilst partnering with the rest of the business to deliver a high quality service.
Suitable candidates for this role will hold a relevant professional qualification or equivalent through relevant training/experience gained in the property sector. Candidates need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to set and deliver on sales targets.
