Post Title: Residential Support Worker

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £18,000 - £20,750 per annum depending on experience

Location: South Norwood, London

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate person to ensure that L&Qs residents get an excellent service. You will act as the sole 'on-site' representative at a leasehold sheltered scheme, ensuring the day to day safety and wellbeing of our residents in the context of Health & Safety management, Fire Safety procedures and general maintenance of the schemes facilities.

We are looking for candidates who have proven experience of working in a setting with vulnerable people. You should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service and have the ability to think on your feet and take responsibility for all aspects of the scheme.

The ideal candidate will have experience of maintaining and updating accurate records, be focused, professional and organised. This is a varied role and you must be able to work on your own initiative in line with policies and procedures. You will need to have the ability to be empathetic and balance the complex needs of our residents, in line with regulatory compliance.
