Team Secretary

London, Woodgreen

Salary of up to £25,186 per annum

37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Secretary who will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service in response to customer and organisational needs.

The role of Team Secretary will include:
* Delivering, improving and maintaining effective and efficient administration systems to support the operational needs of the business, including identifying and implementing new administrative systems as required
* Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers, responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery and liaising with relevant colleagues to ensure excellent and setting in motion the means of resolution
* Providing a high quality first class customer service and an effective and efficient administration service to internal and external customers, to ensure provision of services in line with customers needs
* Supporting colleagues in the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely information, ensuring it is clear and concise, including preparing statistical information on key performance indicators such as satisfaction levels and response times, to assist managers in target setting, performance monitoring and implementing improvements as needed


Skills and experiences:
* NVQ Level 3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service) or equivalent
* Recent experience within a similar role to include administrative accountabilities within an environment that has a particular focus on customer service
* Familiarity with Microsoft Packages to include an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
* Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads, both for self and others
