About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager at our service Lord Alexander House based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Lord Alexander House provides fourteen one bedroom flats in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire for people with severe and enduring mental health problems. Each tenant has their own self-contained purpose built flat with 24 hour support on site.

The aim is to provide personalised support to people living in their own homes to help them in their recovery and meet their full potential.

About you

As a Scheme Manager, you will be part of the Management Team and will be responsible the day to day running of the scheme with duties including staff supervisions, setting the schemes budget and ensuring the scheme works within its budget, over seeing support is delivered on time and to all service users as per agreed support plans, to achieve an excellent standard of outcomes for our service users, as well as participate on the management on-call Rota.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of promoting inter-agency work with colleagues.

You will be passionate and driven with the desire to provide high quality, person centred services. You will have experience in the delivery of care and/or support services to vulnerable adults and will have some experience of managing staff.
