Genesis owns or manages around 33,000 homes across London, the South East and East of England with a market value of £7.27bn (£5.1bn in London). As a major housing provider, delivering new homes is a major part of our strategy as we attempt to tackle the current shortage of affordable housing. Our plans are to build nearly 10,000 houses and flats over the next ten years. Located at Head Office in Camden, the Customer Relations team plays a key part serving as the first point of contact for all Genesis sales and marketing enquiries.

We are looking for a Full Time Customer Relations Manager to successfully supervise, motivate and lead the Customer Relations Team. You will manage the Customer Relations Advisors to ensure a high quality customer service is delivered and set KPIs are met.

This is an opportunity to continuously develop improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Relations team, resulting in a positive customer experience and successful conversion of leads to appointment viewings or other KPI outcomes.

To qualify for this role you will need to have previous management experience in a customer service environment which demonstrates high performance working. Experience in housing is not essential; however you will need to possess knowledge of the housing sector and affordable home ownership.

Please be aware this role will be offered as a 12 months fixed term contract. Secondment policy applies to internal staff.
