Housing association / RP

An award-winning housing association with over 40 years’ experience of providing affordable homes, Network Homes owns and manages 20,000 homes across London, Hertfordshire and the South East. Our vision and purpose is very clear: to open up possibilities for as many people as we can, by continuing to grow a forward-thinking, service driven and financially strong organisation that builds, sells, rents and manages good homes in thriving communities.

We work on the principle that we can and must do everything possible to solve the housing crisis. We want to build beautifully-designed homes and great places, because we believe that good homes make everything possible.  We have successfully grown our development programme and now have one of the largest development programmes relative to size of any housing association in England, regularly starting around 1,000 homes a year.

We are looking to attract a new Executive Director of Development to join our senior team.  You will be joining an excellent team committed to maximising our impact whilst creating a high performing and business minded culture.  This is a key role so as well as displaying considerable leadership credentials you will bring substantial strategic development capability, with a sharp focus on quality and delivery.

We want a true professional, someone who aspires to be part of a brilliantly run social business, who is not afraid to take tough decisions and who is keen to always do what needs to be done.  We want ambition, someone who sees no limits to what we can achieve and to what individuals can achieve for themselves.  And we want someone with exceptional standards, willing to find new ways of solving problems, to continuously improve, and open to other points of view and to best practice from others.  At Network Homes we see a future where everybody works together towards social prosperity.  It’s a future that promises to create a great home for everyone.
