Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, you will lead a team in transforming our core housing operation to provide high quality, customer-focused services to achieve and align with the Group’s aims, objectives and values.  Digital transformation, systems re-engineering and customer journey mapping will all be ingredients to transforming our operation.  An integral member of the Executive Team, you will have strong leadership capabilities and be passionate about driving improvement and change across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to the Executive Team to guide the strategic direction and management of the Group, supporting senior colleagues and maintaining good working relationships and partnerships.

You will lead and develop our group-wide strategies to accelerate our growth plans in the housing sector including developing new models and opportunities for Supported Housing.

You will be expected to provide high level advice and strategic guidance to the Board on matters of housing and customer services strategy and planning.

And you must promote a culture of delivery and relentless customer focus to make Aldwyck a top performing organisation.

You will have a track record of delivering customer-focused service improvement and identifying opportunities for developing services and overall growth.

Ideally you should have experience of leading and effecting a positive organisational culture change along with a track record of identifying and delivering opportunities for service improvement.
