We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Associates to take ownership and responsibility for the queries received from our customers and residents. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will get to make a real difference to our customers and help us to reach suitable resolutions for both the business and our service users.

These roles requires you to have exceptional listening and problem solving skills in order to resolve queries received at the first point of contact in a timely and positive manner. No two days are the same so you must enjoy working in a varied and busy environment. To help you to achieve your targets we have recently introduced our `ICE` programme which will provide you with the tools and training to make our contact centre into the a centre of excellent and develop you to become our `ICE` ambassadors.

You will already be experienced in customer services, be customer focused and results driven. It is essential that you have a can-do attitude and a positive approach, including flexibility and adaptability and the ability to remain composed under pressure. A natural multi-tasker, you will operate in an organised and structured manner; be detail driven and capable of producing outstanding quality work at all times.

You will have a strong sense of stakeholder awareness and be able to build quality relationships and rapport with our key contacts. You will possess enhanced verbal and written communication skills as well as strong Word, Excel, and database skills including knowledge of Outlook.

This really isn`t a standard contact centre role. We only want the very best here at Metropolitan so be prepared to be tested on your communication abilities and your commitment to providing customer excellent. If you succeed at inspiring us with your application and at pre-screening we will invite you to complete online testing before being invited to a selection centre in our offices in Nottingham.

The full-time working hours will be 37.5 a week on rotational basis between 8am - 8pm through Monday to Sunday. (You will be expected to work one weekend during a four week period).
