Tenancy Services Co-ordinator
GCH is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.
As a Tenancy Service Co-ordinator you will constructively influence and manage our challenges; helping to create and shape the opportunities within your responsible operating environment. You will provide strong leadership and be responsible for day to day operational management of the team, ensuring;
That patches within your own responsibility and also within your pod teams are managed effectively and on-going consistent tenancy management is in place, including appropriate enforcement action for non-access that includes cyclical works such as gas servicing.
On-going support for tenants and their families making sure appropriate referrals are carried out and that support is in place via appropriate agencies.
Effective support of local lettings policies in our existing communities and within new developments and regeneration areas.
Relevant policy and procedures are followed and are in line with legislative requirements.
An accessible and inclusive approach to community investment; supporting our tenants with proactive advice and guidance
Effective working arrangements with other GCH teams to meet your service objectives.
You will ensure that relevant operational service areas such as voids management, lettings and access for cyclical and programmed works are effectively managed through allocating and directing resources, managing performance, developing policy and procedures, addressing priorities and assisting with financial and budgetary controls to ensure cost centres tightly monitored.
You will support the development and shaping of opportunities within your operating environment through effective partnership working at an operational level, ensuring that GCH’s organisational values are delivered and that we achieve the highest standards of customer service, performance and value for money.
You will be responsible for ensuring that there is adequate resources within the Housing Services Team call out provision for housing services as well as participating within the call out rota.
