Are you looking for a new exciting challenge in our Programme team?

We are currently looking for an experienced Programme Officer to join our Programme team on a permanent full time basis. One of your main priorities will be assisting with establishing and maintaining a good relationship with HCA and GLA lead and regional staff.

About the role

Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Meeting the requirements of public and private funding and regulators and work within the Group financial regulations.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation, regulation, procedures, current and emerging best practice for the area of responsibility.
  • You'll be responsible for assisting with the submission of bids for external funding to HCA/GLA and other funders, as well as assisting with managing the ongoing investment administration and programme management of funded programmes ensuring that submissions are accurate.
  • You will assist with establishing and maintaining a good relationship with HCA and GLA lead and regional staff.

About you

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience of working within a high performing team. You will have experience of administering development programmes on IMS and OPS. You'll have excellent communication skills and have a commitment to delivery excellent customer service. Knowledge of IMS, the Capital Funding Guide and Regulatory Requirements is a key requirement.
