To support our progressive and growing organisation, we are looking for an experienced project manager who can work flexibly and innovatively to deliver key corporate projects. We are looking for an individual with outstanding communications skills who is skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee, and who thrives when planning projects and working with project teams.

The successful candidate will lead on a small portfolio of high profile projects that support our business objectives, including managing an internal Smarter Working project to prepare the organisation for increased flexible and agile working in future, whilst also representing The Barnet Group on the London Borough of Barnet's 'The Way We Work' office move project. They will be forward-thinking and have a proven track record of delivery, in order to make their mark on an exciting organisation.

This is a fixed-term role until March 2019.

Successful candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and have knowledge and proven experience of project management. Superb organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills will contribute to your success in this role, and knowledge of The Barnet Group's business including housing and social care services will be beneficial.

Currently our main offices are located at Barnet House, Whetstone N20. We will be moving to new modern offices at Colindale NW9 in October 2018.
