The role

Join the team and you’ll:

  • Provide our tenants with a safe and healthy home by ensuring they have a safe and efficient heating system
  • Take responsibility for the quality of works carried out by external contractors
  • Be confident in your approach to providing expert support and advice to tenants and staff as appropriate
  • Ensure that we deliver excellence in every respect – from the quality of our work to our customer service skills.

About You

You will have a background in delivering annual gas service programmes, preferably in social housing, supported by excellent mechanical engineering and budgeting experience.  You must have an ONC/NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a Construction Industry related subject, as well as up-to-date ACS qualification with core elements relevant to domestic gas installations.  The successful candidate will be expected to continue with their studies up to HNC/NVQ level 4 in an appropriate subject for which full training and support will be provided.
