About the role
We are currently seeking to recruit a Development Officer to join our busy team based in Worcester. We are looking for an experienced person to join our team, who is a great communicator, seeks solutions, not problems, some other must haves from us - a positive, resourceful and fresh approach.

If so, we are looking for someone who sees themselves contributing to a busy Development Team that has a track record for delivering highly quality affordable homes in communities where people want to live. The ideal candidates will have a record of achievement or experience in development, construction or property within housing or a related field. A relevant professional qualification in housing, construction or property or a related field is desirable. Owing to the nature of the role a full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
