Hexagon Housing Association is an expanding locally based organisation working primarily in South East London. This is a great time to join Hexagon, having just secured our GLA allocation. We have a new development strategy and have adapted our approach to securing new business, with a focus on land investment, and generating cross subsidy from outright sale.

Reporting to the Head of Development & New Business, this is an important post in the organisation, leading on generating new business across a range of tenures including rented, shared ownership and outright sale. You will manage a Senior New Business Officer and work closely with the Development and Sales Teams.

Financially astute, with experience of working with financial models to appraise schemes and monitor progress, you will also have excellent communication skills, a high degree of drive and determination, and be able to provide leadership and direction.

You will need proven experience of securing land for affordable and private sale homes, securing planning consents and managing design-led schemes from inception to contract stage.
