We now have an exciting opportunity for a Development Contracts Manager to join us and focus on working closely with Contractors and project teams on our new build Development Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site based activities to ensure that building contracts are delivered on time, to the required standards, within budget, in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

The post holder will ensure that the Trusts new build development & regeneration programme is delivered together with identifying variations to contract that will impact on the programme and ensure programme is revised to accommodate them. This role will also monitor methods and output to ensure that required quality standards are achieved at minimum cost and that the requirement for snagging is minimal, this will involve ensuring compliance with Building Regulation, CDM all Health & safety regulations and any other prevailing legislation.
