Coast & Country are a leading housing and regeneration company, based in the Tees Valley. The ideal candidates will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of garden maintenance work including grass cutting, litter picking, cutting back shrubs/bushes, weeding beds, the general upkeep and maintenance of the organisation’s estates. You will be expected to provide a responsive, visible service in a professional, courteous and helpful manner whilst responding to service requests effectively to an agreed standard and to ensure targets are achieved.
The successful candidates will have a sound knowledge of occupational health and safety. They will be excellent communicators with experience in ground maintenance and have the ability to work with conflicting pressures and changing priorities.
The successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory medical screening before employment commences. This role is a fixed term role expected to last 8 months.
