Interim Property Services Support Manager
Position: Interim Property Services Support Manager Location: North Yorkshire Hourly Rate: £300 p/d to £350 p/d Duration: 3-6 Months THE ROLE Greenacre is pleased to partner with a large scale RSL to source a Property Services Support Manager for a 3 to 6 month contract to assist with supporting the infrastructure of their repairs and capital contracts. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Overall responsibility for the day to day support of the property services teams as it relates to planning, KPI, supply chain and fleet management. • Liaising with suppliers and negotiating procurement of materials, vehicles and other necessities for the asset management division. • Monitoring of budgets and KPI’s ensuring targets are met and taking action to improve under performance should it arise. • Management of the data and analyst teams to make sure data produced is as accurate as possible. • Working closely with SMT and Exec teams to make suggestions for improvements such as cost saving exercises, new technologies and employee productivity and happiness. • All work to be followed in accordance with budgets and KPI’s set via SMT and Exec teams. REQUIREMENTS • Experience using Orchard asset management software. • Managing supply chain and fleet services.
