Marketing Campaign Manager
Genesis owns or manages around 33,000 homes across London, the South East and East of England with a market value of £7.27bn (£5.1bn in London). As a major housing provider, delivering new homes is a major part of our strategy as we attempt to tackle the current shortage of affordable housing. Our plans are to build nearly 10,000 houses and flats over the next ten years. As we build, our sales program will also increase, from 500 homes per year to 1,000 homes per year within three years.
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to help us achieve these objectives. The purpose of the role will be to deliver, report and monitor the marketing campaigns for a number of Genesis developments, from large regeneration schemes to smaller community developments. Working closely with the Assets and Investments team, you will analyse and evaluate sales and marketing performance data, customer research and competitor data to ensure we are attracting our target audience effectively.
This is an opportunity to utilise and expand your marketing expertise with a forward thinking and strategic team. To do this you will need to have proven experience in successful implementation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role requires a customer service driven individual, that can dissect and analyse information successfully, with attention to detail. Marketing experience in housing or property is desirable.
We fully endorse career development and have a great reputation for rewarding our staff. Benefits include 26 days annual leave, significant opportunities for learning and development and the opportunity to make a difference to how Genesis evolves in the coming years.
