Golding Homes is a Registered Housing Provider managing over 7,300 homes and has grown over recent years to become a well-respected local employer and award-winning landlord.

We are now looking forward to the next chapter of our story and our aim is to grow significantly through developing more quality homes and modernising our service, whilst making a real and lasting difference in the creation of great communities where people choose to live.  A nice simple task!

However, we cannot achieve any of our plans without the commitment and amazing performance of a great team of people.  Golding can do more in developing a people-centric organisation that helps everyone realise their potential and in turn contribute to our future success.  To enhance how we work, and to deliver the continuous improvement and value for money that our customers expect, means putting colleagues at the heart of what we do.

This Head of HR appointment is not a typical Head of HR opportunity.  It is a critical role to lead the development and implementation of a People Strategy, leading not just a strong HR team but working across the wider business to drive transformation in how we work.  Every day that will mean driving, thinking and leading work to attract, develop and retain a workforce with the skills, experience, motivation, flexibility, resilience and energy to achieve our plans.

We are looking for someone exceptional. Ideal candidates will have the ability to make a real and effective contribution and will lead our people management, organisation development, employee engagement and talent management activities. The successful person will also be able to support how we modernise our ways of working and engage our workforce with business transformation programmes.

If you are an inspiring leader and are enthused by the opportunity at this time of exciting growth and change to work with us to deliver the above, we look forward to hearing from you.

For an informal discussion please contact Sue Manning on 07939 269612.
