This Head of HR appointment is not a typical Head of HR opportunity.  It is a critical role to lead the development and implementation of a People Strategy, leading not just a strong HR team but working across the wider business to drive transformation in how we work.  Every day that will mean driving, thinking and leading work to attract, develop and retain a workforce with the skills, experience, motivation, flexibility, resilience and energy to achieve our plans.

We are looking for someone exceptional. Ideal candidates will have the ability to make a real and effective contribution and will lead our people management, organisation development, employee engagement and talent management activities. The successful person will also be able to support how we modernise our ways of working and engage our workforce with business transformation programmes.
