Head of Property Maintenance and Compliance
Can you provide inspirational leadership to a diverse workforce of remote and office based teams during a transformational period which aims to deliver a modern and forward looking service?
We want someone that buys into our ambition here at NPH, understands what fantastic service means and can deliver what we want. This senior position will enable you to shape the future service, drive and develop a great team, and play a key leadership role in shaping the future of NPH.

If you have experience in property maintenance then that would be helpful, but we are really looking for someone with the right attitude and skills to take the service forward.
Your responsibilities will include
Leading, transforming and developing the property maintenance and compliance teams
Delivering an efficient and customer focussed repairs service
Keeping the organisation safe and legal through work undertaken in the compliance team
Being a member of the senior management team with defined responsibilities and accountabilities
Demonstrating the value of all we do
Ensuring that we are spending our money on the right things
Getting our key partners and contractors to deliver results for us
Managing our approach to apprenticeships and succession planning
We are looking for someone with relevant senior managerial experience and a good track record of staff management and development. You will also have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally. You will have the ability to plan and prioritise resources in a project and risk management context. In depth knowledge of contracts and experience of contract management. Experience of strategic change management to achieve continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation skills, budget management skills, and commercial acumen.
You will need to demonstrate that your leadership skill, style and experience gets results and can make a real difference and show us how your people skills impact on those you lead and work with.
As a member of the senior management team you must also show us that you can contribute strategically and that you have the project management skills to deliver our ambitious plans. Above all you must demonstrate that your leadership skills and experience can help transform our service.
