Assistant Sales Advisor
Liverpool Mutual Homes is a North-West Housing Association based in Merseyside managing over 15,000 homes. LMH has built close to 1,000 new homes since 2012 and is now expanding both the scale and diversity of its new build investment. LMH’s Development Programme aims to build 400 new homes per year from 2018 including around 40% of these for shared ownership, Rent To Buy and outright sale across the region to generate annual sales income of over £10million. LMH is setting up a dedicated Sales Team to achieve these targets and due to our growth and expansion we currently have a number of vacancies at various levels within our Development Team and Sales Team.
About the Role
LMH Group is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to work in its newly established Sales Team within the Development Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient, effective administrative, sales and post-sales support to the Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service, and help the team achieve its targets. This will include marketing new homes for Shared Ownership, Rent To Buy and outright sale, assisting in the sales negotiation and completion process.
The post holder will offer a professional, high quality, informed service to prospective buyers and help to ensure that sales progress smoothly and effectively to deliver completions on time to meet the targets of the Programme.

This is a permanent role based in our Liverpool City Centre office with travel across the North West required on a regular basis.

Dedicated and professional, you will need to have the flexibility and enthusiasm to rise to the challenge of helping the team to sell new homes for a range of tenures. As an integral part of delivering the service, you must have a basic understanding of the process of selling new homes, along with an understanding of different home ownership tenures and the needs of prospective buyers.
Excellent record keeping and IT skills are essential.
