LMH has built close to 1,000 new homes since 2012 and is now expanding both the scale and diversity of its new build investment. LMH’s Development Programme aims to build 400 new homes per year from 2018 including around 40% of these for shared ownership, Rent To Buy and outright sale across the region to generate annual sales income of over £10million. LMH is setting up a dedicated Sales Team to achieve these targets and due to our growth and expansion we currently have a number of vacancies at various levels within our Development Team and Sales Team.
