Join an ambitious executive team and go home each day knowing you have supported vulnerable and disabled people to live independently in their own homes.

Reside is a leading registered provider of accommodation for those with support needs, operating throughout the UK. As a charitable society Reside’s motivation has always been to assist and promote independence in the community for adults with a disability, especially those with learning disabilities, enduring mental health problems and/or acquired brain injury.

Reside provides everyday homes within the community, regardless of the support a group or individual may require, with an emphasis on creating safe and homely environments. Reside has experienced growth over the past couple of years and currently proudly operates approximately 350 properties located throughout the UK, housing over 1200 tenants. We offer a range of accommodation - the vast majority of the properties are acquired on a leasehold basis, but there is a small, and growing, portfolio of properties that have been purchased. Our repairing and maintenance responsibilities are varied according to the specific partnership arrangements with Local Authorities and Support Providers.

We are seeking to add someone to the executive team who can bring a dynamic, thoughtful and experienced approach to housing operations and housing management in the widest sense of the definition; including running the asset management and repairs functions. Someone who is tenant focused and committed to the provision of good quality housing for those with support needs. Many of the solutions we provide for individuals are bespoke and therefore you must be able to operate well in the space where best practice from large solutions is tailored to fit the needs of individuals. Our ideal candidate will be able to bring experience from the (supported) housing sector, professional competencies (eg in maintenance surveying) and a clear values base. In a small organisation you will have both a broad strategic portfolio and an ability to be hands on when needed.
