We're seeking an experienced Head of Asset Optimisation to make a mark in the country's largest housing association. You will lead the review and evaluation of identified priority asset portfolios and cross sections from the Clarion Housing Association estate.

It is our aim that by 2040, we will be the leading housing group for good quality; fit for purpose; well managed and sustainable, affordable and private rent homes. To get us there, we've developed a strategy entitled Clarion 2040. This will mean identifying assets which do not meet these standards; you will then recommend appropriate treatments (e.g. invest, regenerate, dispose) to the relevant Boards/Committees.

We'll look to you to design and deliver a project to establish long term asset standards and financial performance goals for the Clarion Housing Association estate. You'll manage multiple reviews simultaneously as well as improving the data quality, metrics and reporting used for asset optimisation business cases.

You'll be tasked with establishing an asset optimisation process for evaluating priority asset portfolios and cross sections. Drawing from your previous asset management experience, you will identify, assess and manage risks and proactively propose plans /solutions to minimise risk.

You'll liaise with relevant internal specialists across the Group to ensure asset optimisation recommendations align with other 'business as usual' activity, as well as managing external advisors (including surveyors, lawyers and consultants).

About You

To be successful in your role, you will already have real estate asset management experience. You will be an accomplished analyst, with an in depth understanding of relevant legal, valuation and other contextual factors impacting on property decision making.

You will be pro-active, highlighting risks and proposing solutions to task delivery barriers. With a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, you'll plan and deliver tasks with minimal supervision.

In return we offer you a competitive salary and generous benefits package in a supportive environment, with plenty of scope for your career advancement and salary progression.

If this sounds like an opportunity you'd be interested in, we look forward to hearing from you.

Closing Date: Tuesday 27th March at midday
