35 hours per week

10 month Fixed Term Contract

An amazing opportunity has opened up in our Private Rent Lettings team for a Lettings Coordinator to support the growing lettings activities of the Bristol property management & lettings team. 2018 sees the release of 128 new apartments for private rent, supporting the circa 150 apartments already in management. The main duties of this role will be to attend viewings with prospective tenants, advising them about the letting process, ensuring properties are let in line with key performance indicators. You will also manage telephone, email & face to face enquiries and assess potential tenant’s suitability and affordability.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • An understanding of Tenancy, Deposit & Lettings legislation
  • Previous experience of working in a lettings capacity
  • Demonstrate a fantastic customer service focused outlook

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines, be proactive and be a great communicator.

Applicants must have a full UK Driver’s License.
