We plan to build 50,000 new homes over 10 years.

Our team is growing and this is an ideal opportunity to join us as a Technical Fire Surveyor, working for the UKs largest housing association, as part of a dedicated team.

You'll be responsible for providing technical advice, reviewing drawings and fire strategies and for practical on site assessments of New Developments during the planning and construction phases, prior to handover.

As a member of a relevant professional body, with a recognised fire safety qualification and experience of working within the fire safety field, you'll take a proactive role providing support and producing reports. Relationships and team work are key; working with Development Managers, Surveyors and Planned Investment Managers daily you'll also develop relationships with Principal Contractors, Designers, Site Managers and Clerks of works.

You'll be involved from start to finish, from construction to completion, visiting sites, checking drawings and proposals.

If you think this sounds like an opportunity you'd be interested in and have the experience required then please get in touch.

We look forward to hearing from you.
