We have a fantastic opportunity for a Portfolio Analyst to join a £7 Billion property company with 40,000+ assets.
Covering the Midlands, East, London and South East we aim to build a better future for all our customers.
The key function of this role is to assist with decisions on investment, divestment, redevelopment and regeneration. In doing so you will gain a well rounded view of Real Estate and be offered excellent personal development opportunities..
Working with our innovative and experienced team you will maximise the potential of our existing assets to enhance income and capital values. Where areas are identified as poorly performing with limited opportunity to redevelop, you will assist the Portfolio Manager with stock disposals / swaps.
We are looking for a passionate individual with knowledge and understanding in areas such as real estate, property, development and asset management. You will ideally possess commercial awareness obtained within a property environment.
A degree, professional qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential. A creative and flexible approach to manage and deliver a varied range of projects will be required, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Based from our Stratford-upon-Avon office you will be engaged on projects across our portfolio.
This role will pay £25,000 per annum. The salary will increase to £26,500 after successful completion of probation and the employee development scheme.
