We require an experienced Technical Officer to work as part of a team delivering responsive maintenance and void property services.
Key duties are to:
Be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Soha’s properties, working in accordance with Soha’s maintenance policies and procedures and in accordance with existing maintenance contracts
Organise and supervise contractors work to ensure jobs are completed on time, to the required standard and within budget
Deal with repair enquiries and complaints from customers, keeping them informed at all times on progress.
Prepare detailed specifications where necessary and tender repair work if required
Provide technical support and advice to other departments
