Job Title: Tenancy Services Officer (Community Safety and Anti Fraud)

Location: Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1RY

Salary: £29,500 (£14,445 Pro Rata) per annum

Permanent: 17.75 per hours, Part Time

The Role

We are looking for a Tenancy Services Officer in our Community Safety and Anti Faud team to
manage Community Safety related cases including allegations of Anti-Social Behaviour, Domestic Abuse, Hate Crime, Safeguarding and Tenancy Fraud.

Tenancy Services is part of the Customer Services Directorate and is split into two streams of Community Safety and Anti-Fraud and Response; both are responsible for delivering day to day tenancy management and are part of getting us match fit to embrace opportunities and challenges both now and in the future. Key to this has been changing how we work and how we deliver services to customers and work with partners.

So far we have defined what we will and will not do in our role as landlord, created three regions, moved to a patchless model and are now in the process of creating teams of experts rather than asking colleagues to be 'jacks of all trades and masters of none'.

About You

You will need to have experience of managing and resolving Community Safety cases and have a high level of knowledge in best practice and the relevant legislation. You will also be expected to prepare and present court cases without legal support.

Your ability to work with partners to deliver outcomes is essential.

Why apply?
