Notting Hill Genesis Housing has a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Project Worker to join our team providing floating support in Chelmsford. You will be based at our Dukes Orchard and Hamilton Court schemes.

Notting Hill Genesis Care & Support is a prominent housing related support provider in the Older People Sheltered services in the Essex area. We have recently undergone an ambitious change programme in our services. The aim of the new service is to ensure that our sheltered Older People customers achieve their own goals and aspirations through the support and encouragement of our staff.

This is an exciting time as we are recruiting to several roles across Essex. The primary focus of our services is to support our sheltered Older People customers in a range of areas including improving independent life skills and building stability in their life.

As a Lead Project Worker, you will provide excellent person centred support (and care) to our customers to promote their wellbeing and sustainable independence. You will use your specialist expert knowledge to provide support for customers with more complex needs.

Where relevant, you will manage a small team of front line workers supervising and supporting them to deliver excellent quality services to our customers including housing management services.

We are looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

The annual salary for this Project Worker role is £21,500.
