We are recruiting for a Lead Project Worker to join our supported living scheme located in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

This is an exciting time to join Notting Hill Genesis as we are recruiting to several jobs in the Norfolk area. Located at our Gaywood Road scheme the Lead Project Worker will be responsible for delivering person-centred services. You will use your specialist knowledge to provide excellent support to customers with complex needs. You will manage a small team of front line project workers, supervising and supporting them to deliver a high quality service.

The scheme is an accommodation based environment that supports single homeless people who may have experienced drug, alcohol, substance misuse problems, and/or have varying support needs. The primary focus of our scheme is to support clients in a range of areas, including finding employment, recovery from addiction, and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to more suitable long-term accommodation, appropriate to their needs.

Previous experience of providing support for customers with similar needs is essential for this role. You will require expert knowledge and understanding the particular needs of the customer group. You will also have experience of supervising and leading staff.

Hours will be 26 hours a week over a rota basis.
