An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Housing Quality Team based within the Families and Homes Directorate.

As the Customer Experience and Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of complaints, enquires, assisting the business in service improvements, and developing new procedures. Ensuring that customer care is at the heart of service delivery

Our ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, oral communication and ICT skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex legislation and guidance, to a variety of audiences, and to make clear, consistent decisions. Work under pressure; to manage and prioritise a high caseload and to adhere to tight deadlines.
