We are currently seeking a Senior Land and New Business Manager to identify and secure new development opportunities across a range of tenures including affordable and market sale homes according to the group's strategy, secure approvals and drive new opportunities through to contract stage.

You will generate new business, cultivate relationships with key statutory and private sector stakeholders. You will effectively implement, deliver and review YHG's development strategy by securing new business, identifying and managing risks, setting scheme budgets and building successful, collaborative relationships with partners, consultants and stakeholder in order to deliver projects.

Our ideal candidate will be driven to secure new business targets, be commercially aware, flexible, analytical, committed and have strong negotiation skills. Ideally, you will have a relevant degree in Land and New Business capability and have detailed working knowledge of the housing development process. You will be a team player who has the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to deliver an efficient service.

Resident Positive – We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.
