The ideal candidate will ensure that they are organised and able to work under pressure to carry our cost control tasks within our total Repairs IT system.
Your primary focus will be to cost manage all works orders considering operative, supply chain and material costs (True Job Costing) whilst capturing all values associated to the order.
You will we required to manage and maintain excellent quality standards or commercial completions ensuring all notes, certification and images are maintained as part of an application in line with the employers requirements.
- Experience in working with NAT FED SOR codes
- Full UK driving License
- Multi Trade Discipline
- Experience within the planned and responsive maintenance environment
- Ability to recognise commercial opportunities
- Surveying experience/ qualifications
- SMSTS Health and Safety
You will also need to be flexible in terms of travelling to various locations in London.
All permanent appointments will be on PGM terms and conditions.
