As our Contact Centre Coordinator you will be tasked with designing and updating all Contact Centre training material and planning all Contact Centre training including administration of training and learning & development of Contact Centre team members. We regularly hold team meetings therefore you will be required to provide briefings including daily team briefing and live Contact Centre briefings. You will be expected to update, monitor and track departmental pipeline tracker. The role does require you to be able to design, maintain and update all agent based support tools, including, but not limited to contact manager scripts and maintenance and updating of email templates.

To be successful you will need to have a minimum of a year’s experience in a Contact Centre environment with the experience of in delivering through a contact centre team an outstanding service to customers. You will have experience of identifying and creating solutions to improve the customer experience in a contact centre environment. If you have previous supervisory experience that would be preferred.
