As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping our customer services and supporting our wider operational teams, we are looking for an Leasehold Specialist (one post) to join our Leasehold Team. 


Reporting to the Leasehold Manager, you will deliver an effective property management service to leaseholders and the management of rent to homebuy tenancies.  You will ensure that expertise and support is provided in all aspects of leasehold, including breaches of lease, low level ASB issues, provision of management and maintenance services, chair meetings with leaseholders as necessary. Visiting sites regularly where a management service is provided, you will ensure quality and consistency of services for which customers are paying, whilst working collaboratively with the finance team to produce annual service charge estimates and year end accounts in line with lease requirements and monitor expenditure throughout the year.

You will support the Neighbourhood Specialists to effectively manage and let rent to homebuy tenancies to ensure they are sustainable and convert to a sale where applicable and provide line management and leadership to dedicated scheme site staff, managing resources to ensure that objectives are achieved.

It is essential you have experience of leasehold property management, with knowledge of leasehold legislation.  You should have experience of budget setting, line management and delivering high levels of customer service.  It is essential you have the ability to organise your own workload to achieve pre-set KPIs, with excellent communication and negotiation skills along with excellent IT skills – Microsoft office.
