Supported Housing Team Leader

As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping our customer services and supporting our wider neighbourhood strategy, we are looking for a Supported Housing Team Leader (1 post) to join our Operations Team.
Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager, you will provide overall operational responsibility for the delivery of our supported housing service across the organisation, managing through an integrated approach that helps make a positive difference to the customer group.
You will provide line management and leadership to a team, managing resources to ensure that objectives are achieved; as well as developing and reviewing policy and procedures for the delivery of health and wellbeing services, across the whole organisation, ensuring that regulatory standards and best practice are adhered to. You will manage a dispersed team of supported housing specialists across the whole business ensuring that the specific needs of each neighbourhood, is provided in all aspects of supported housing, including regulatory standards, best practice, compliance, risk and policy and procedures.
The post holder will work closely with partner agents, ensuring that they comply with all compliance and risk aspects of their role within each supported housing scheme. You will monitor and risk assess each supported housing scheme, ensuring all partner agents work within their commissioning contracts and the organisations management agreements reduce risk to the organisation. You will work closely with the neighbourhood teams, to ensure supported housing and wellbeing services are part of neighbourhood plans and share information of any legislative changes that may affect the neighbourhood metric information, whilst building and developing a network of external partnerships that create and enhance supported housing and wellbeing services across the organisation.
To be successful, it is essential you have significant experience leading and developing a large dispersed team to high performance, as well as housing management regulations in relation to a supported housing context, working with and influencing external partners and developing services, whilst improving customer satisfaction.
