Land Management Officer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Land Management Officer to join our Asset Management team. The key responsibilities for the role include reviewing, updating and regulating the Company’s land registration system and processes.
The main duties will incorporate the preparation and amendment of ownership maps, assistance in managing the company’s disposals of land including any land disputes and dealing with the Company’s Leases, Licences, Way Leaves, Easements and Covenants etc. affecting land owned by the company.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and confident in communicating to a wide range of audiences. They will have experience in applying policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation in a wide range of situations. The successful candidate will be educated to a level 3 standard. Experience working in a similar role is desirable.
