About the Role

Through our Asset Management Strategy you will be responsible for improving the quality of our homes and commencing a programme of regeneration and new build.  This is a broad leadership role across Assets, Property and Development which requires a focus on value for money and placing our customers at the heart of everything we do .

About You 

A self starter, with a social heart and business mind, we expect you to work collaboratively and build partnerships. A portfolio of this breadth requires you to inspire a culture of change and empower our workforce, communicating effectively at all levels. Demonstrating experience of leadership at a senior level, you will have a proven track record of delivery in your field and a sound understanding of the sector.
