One Vision Housing are seeking a Project Manager to lead a multi-disciplined team of construction professionals, assist the Reinvestment Delivery Manager in providing a complete, proactive and cost efficient construction / asset management service for the business. Delivering within programme and budgets whilst providing for a high level of customer satisfaction and the management of associated risks. Working closely with key internal colleagues and external partners to deliver excellent customer service that meet the aspirations of our residents.
This role will assist the Asset Team with financial planning, budget setting, and budget optimization from the programmes of work delivered. This includes ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within the agreed budget and to the required standards in a professional manner.
Duties include the experience of;
* Contract Management
* Budgeting / Cost Reporting / Cost Forecast
* Supplier and Contractors
* Communication / Teamwork / Networking
* Attend Meetings / Representing Asset Team
* Management of Staff
* Experience and ability to understand contracts, contract drawings and preparation of bill of quantities etc.
* To deputise for and assist the Reinvestment Delivery Manager as required
The successful candidate should have a degree in a construction related discipline, RICS chartered, CIOB or studying towards chartership. A track record of estimating, project surveying and procurement of materials and building services on new build residential development projects is essential. Also essential is experience of generating detailed cost analysis for Repairs and Maintenance, High Rise and refurbishment/reinvestment programmes.
