Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Don't miss this apprenticeship opportunity! We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic Apprentice Project Assistant to join the Clarion Futures Jobs & Training team based in Borehamwood on an 18 month fixed term contract.
About the role
This is a busy role where you'll provide administrative support to the East region Jobs & Training team. This includes producing promotional materials, updating databases, producing standard letters, organising meetings, taking customer phone calls and maintaining customer files.
Other key duties include:
- Support the running of weekly job clubs which aim to help residents into work
- Administer accredited learning for residents
- Manage Clarion Futures database
- Organise and attend internal and external meetings and events when required
About the apprenticeship
This is a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship which will take up to 18 months to complete and study for your NVQ qualification. You'll develop new key skills and behaviours which will support your personal development and progression. Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
To be successful, you'll come to us with a minimum grade D in GCSE English and Maths and a desire to learn and complete the relevant qualifications for this apprenticeship. You'll work well in a team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll have good organisational / planning skills and be able to work to deadlines. Ideally you'll have some experience working in a customer service environment.
