Salary: £50,330 to £55,069 per annum

Head of Welfare and Housing is a new post to lead the combined welfare and housing service.  If you are passionate about maximising customers income and independence, have high level problem solving skills and experience of multi-agency working then this is the job for you. The unique combined service works in a holistic way delivered by welfare and housing caseworkers to meet the needs of customers by processing benefits as well as helping customers solve their housing need by focusing on a clear purpose to maximise customer income and independence. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of leading front line services, managing change in a high demand multi-service environment and achieving excellent quality of service in the face of major national legislative changes.

Bracknell Forest Council is the IESE Council of the year 2018 and is proud of many recent achievements including the regenerated Bracknell Town centre.
