CONTRACT TYPE: 6 month secondment
We're looking for a number of Customer Support Administrators on a 6 month secondment basis and are looking for amazing people to apply.
We'll look to you to manage administrative processes effectively and handle customer contacts related to a variety of tasks so you'll need excellent communication skills to liaise with various internal teams and external agencies. You'll need to provide constructive feedback, participate in active learning and share knowledge to support us in driving continuous improvement in order to meet high levels of performance.
Accuracy and attention to detail are key skills for ensuring processes are actioned to the highest standard and you must be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment whilst effectively managing your own time to complete a varied workload.
Ensuring information is sensitively handled in accordance with our code of conduct and the Data Protection Act is critical as well as having a flexible and adaptable approach to manage changing priorities as the business need determines. You'll need confidence to apply sound judgement and decision making skills.
