Technical Inspection Officer
As part of the UKs largest Housing Association you will ensure delivery of the highest standards across repairs services.
With your understanding of construction contracts and knowledge of building standards, regulations and legislation you'll deliver a high quality responsive repairs, voids works, and cyclical repairs service.
You'll ensure works are delivered effectively, minimising the disruption to customers and making sure they are carried out safely and in accordance with all relevant legislation, with relevant planning and building standards permissions.
Using your ability to promote good practice and commitment to excellent customer service we'll rely on you to ensure that the highest standards of quality are delivered with minimal defects. Experience of successfully working with customers and managing relationships is essential as you'll be monitoring and managing performance and on site progress, ensuring works are delivered to the required quality standard, on time and to budget.
