These are exciting times for bpha.  Our Development Strategy reflects our enviable position being located in one of the country’s most ambitious growth areas - The Oxford to Cambridge Corridor - where we plan to deliver in excess of 3,000 new homes over the next 5 years and many more beyond.

Put simply, this couldn’t be a better time to join bpha and following a review of the development team, we want to complement it with more amazing people who share our drive and commitment to provide great places where people want to live.

We are a dynamic and ambitious Housing Association with 18,000 homes in management. Based in Bedford, we operate throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor and sit within the top 25 of developing associations nationally.

We have a number of posts available at various levels in both new business and project delivery and if you share our ambition then read on……

As Head of New Business you’ll be at the forefront of securing our pipeline, using your network of land and development contacts identifying, appraising and securing new opportunities whether land, JV or S106.

You will lead, manage and motivate a team responsible for sourcing and acquiring development opportunities to deliver the growth ambitions in our Growth and Asset Management Strategy and establish a longer term land portfolio to meet our future need and growth aspirations.

You will have proven experience in winning new business and the development of housing and a track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively with others in a complex and dynamic environment.

In return, we can offer a competitive salary, 28 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, contributory pension, medical cover, reduced gym membership, lifestyle rewards, canteen and a modern working environment.
