If you share our passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality frontline housing services, we’d really like to hear from you to be part of our team in building sustainable homes in sustainable communities.

The role:

As one of a team of 6 in our East Region, you will be responsibility for delivering housing services directly to residents on your patch. You will be expected to meet key performance targets and our customer service standards in rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, lettings, void management, customer satisfaction, community involvement and effective complaints handling.  And you’ll do all of this with the personal touch that Hastoe is renowned for.

What we are looking for:
As a rural housing provider our homes are widely dispersed and the work is very varied and challenging. So you will need to be highly visible, extremely well organised, have great time management skills, and know how to effectively manage yourself and your work.  Above all, you will be a strong communicator, which includes listening to customers so that you hear what they’re saying.

Home working is an option if that means best customer service.

As an Investor in People GOLD organisation, we will continuously develop your skills to achieve your potential. If all of this is just what you’re looking for, and you’ve made a positive difference to people’s homes and lives in your previous housing service role(s), we’re waiting to hear from you.
