Sales & New Business Manager
Riverside Home Ownership has a great opportunity for a National Sales Manager / Sales & New Business Manager to manage and deliver Riverside’s national Shared Ownership Affordable Homes Programme, and to lead the Sales and New Business team to deliver excellent customer service and business performance. This is a permanent role based in Liverpool (L24).
As National Sales Manager you will lead the Sales and New Business team to deliver a national sales service, regularly reviewing progress to ensure the annual goals are met. You will complete comprehensive market research for all new schemes, provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, and create and deliver dynamic marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve Riverside’s growth ambitions to deliver new homes, ensuring sales and income targets are met.
During a typical year you will be responsible for c150-250 homes at different stages of sale, and be responsible for developing financial budgets, including a marketing budget of c£2million.
The successful candidate will have a successful track record of sales and marketing of the Affordable Shared Ownership product within a Housing Association. You will have experience of managing tenanted sales programmes, such as Right to Buy, Right to Acquire & Social Homebuy, and experience of managing re-sale activity and budgets.
